Contact center

The Contact Center is a multi-channel customer service application. It includes all the features of the Mobile and Service Switchboard as well as other important customer service support functions.

The Desk Contact Center agent of the service ensures that calls are transferred to the right functions, such as sales, customer service or invoicing. Within the functions, calls can be transferred to different customer service agents as necessary. Reporting allows you to monitor call history e.g. by agent and in many other ways.

The Contact Center enables dialing campaigns and mobile user GPS tracking, and can be integrated with Microsoft Lync / Skype for Business Software.
